Senior UX Design Professional
Your profile
What you should bring to the table:
- A degree in the field of interaction design, communication design, or equivalent.
- A few years of work experience. We’re not set on that – just show us what you’ve done so far.
- You’re a team player and don’t shirk responsibility.
- The designer in you loves intuitive user interfaces (UX/UI) and user guidance.
- We’re really into quality and aesthetics – aren’t you?
- You’re curious about technologies and learning them.
- We’re a small team. So it’s important to us that every team member gets involved and helps shape muse case.
We think UX design is about enjoying the process of high-quality, state-of-the-art design. We always have the latest trends on our radar, but our ideas often go where nobody has been before. We’re innovative and creative, and always want to excel. That’s how we create customer experiences that users love and remember.
We offer you the following to make you happy:
- Flexibility, and we mean it seriously. You can work with us in the great office in Stuttgart Mitte, in Berlin, in the EU Schengen area, or from home - however you prefer. Despite our Remote Culture by DNA, we foster a strong Team Culture IRL because we believe that people enjoy being surrounded by people, not just screens.
- 30 days of vacation + up to 5 additional days (the days between Christmas and New Year's are on the house).
- Further education is a key part of our muse case manifesto. At least 10% of the profits are invested in your professional development! You will have the opportunity to participate in state-of-the-art training sessions.
- Every colleague receives a public transportation ticket for the greater Stuttgart area on top of their salary.
- Additional benefits: Subsidized fitness programs, the option of a job bike, electric scooter, company vehicle, iPhone for personal use, and more.
- The basics, as it is done in modern offices these days, with barista coffee, fresh fruits, drinks, muesli, sweets, table tennis, and more.
Your tasks
- You work in agile, interdisciplinary teams - hand in hand with other designers, developers, partners, and clients.
- Together, as a team, you question the status quo and are always searching for new approaches to problem-solving.
- You actively and proactively work in the areas of research, design explorations, interface design, as well as prototyping and testing. There's always time for fun and coffee/shake breaks :)
- You take ownership of projects and engage directly with clients, assuming responsibility for the work.
Your skills
With these things you should be a pro:
- Design means more to you than colors and typography. You think in systems and understand how design is turned into code.
- You view UX design holistically. That means you’re not afraid to look into Google Analytics or Full Story. You take care of the design process – from the concept to the final product.
- Code isn’t a closed book for you – instead, you’re curious and like to translate your designs into code yourself.
- You’re a pro at basic design tools like Figma, Protopie etc
- You’re flexible with tools, and you love trying out and mastering the latest ones.
- Curiosity runs in your blood.
